It’s cake!
I said I’d be good, George thinks, but I LOVE cake.

What will George do?
Oh No, George! is the delightfully playful tale of a dog who wants to be good but just can’t resist temptation. Adapted from the award-winning picture book by Chris Haughton, this brand new show for everyone aged 3+ uses acrobatics, slapstick comedy, Sign Supported English and live music to bring George’s chaotic and joyful escapades to life.
tail-waggingly good.

fun, colourful, true to the original picture book whilst adding its own inventiveness. The movement is outstanding ...
It’s our best-selling Feb half term show to date, exceeding targets and generating a huge amount of positive audience feedback.

- Annabel Turpin, Chief Executive and Artistic Director, ARC.

This show was originally created in 2020. We were halfway through the tour when the Covid-19 pandemic hit and the UK went into Lockdown 1. Thanks to our friends at PDSW, were invited to share the film of the show online, which went on to reach 3000 people across the globe.

Can't Sit Still's Artistic Director Cat and Oh No, George's author, Chris, took part in a Zoom chat following this digital sharing, where they reflect on the creation of the show and what it means to them for young audiences to be able to watch from the safety of their own homes during this difficult time.
